Don Northam is a Senior Manager with the North Highland Company.  He has 30 years of experience in leadership, project management and the effective employment of technology.  This includes 8 years of providing executive consulting services to the State of Florida Governor, Cabinet Members, Legislature and many of the agencies in Florida state government.   Specific areas of expertise include project management, workgroup facilitation, business process analysis & improvement, project feasibility, budget request justification and project cost estimation.
