"IT Doesn't Matter" but process and governance does.  This informative session will present the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Control Objectives for IT and Related Technologies (COBIT) in a way you haven't heard before.  The perspectives will be:  a) that cost savings from process standardization far outweighs the benefits of customized processes; and, B) if your not practicing formal IT Governance you are wasting money.  If you're actively using best practice frameworks or are interested in how to, plan on attending this lively and thought provoking presentation.
