An article in the Sun Sentinel recently touted Florida's efforts to invest wisely in technology. To quote the article:

"The Florida Growth Fund, managed by Philadelphia-based Hamilton Lane, a private equity giant, has begun doling out money from the state pension fund, which will be invested in the technology, aerospace and science sectors in Florida."
