The Retiring Technology Workforce: How to ensure continuity of human intellectual propertyThis section will present an overview of the impending retirement of the baby boomer generation over the next 5 to 15 years and its impact on the workforce and in particular IT organizations. We will examine the challenges and opportuntities of the changing workforce to gain an understanding of the differences in working with and managing across the generations.
