TalTech's 2008 Political Forum Was a Resounding Success

Tuesday's Annual TalTech Political Forum was a tremendously interesting and
enlightening evening. Candidates attending our forum showed a strong
understanding of the significance of the tech sector and were interested in
communicating their vision for the future with regard to technology. Allan
Stamm did a masterful job in posing challenging questions and the dialogue
was lively.

The following candidates participated in the Forum, including speaking and

In addition, two other candidates visited with us at the beginning of the
evening, but due to other commitments were not able to stay and participate
in the Forum. Those were:

Akin Akinyemi, Leon County Commissioner, At Large, Group 1; and Dee Crumpler, School Board Member, District 2.

Peter Boulware, Republican candidate for *State Representative, 9th House
District*, had earlier sent regrets that he could not come, expressed
interest in speaking with us at another time and sent some campaign workers
to visit with attendees.
